Everything in this hotel was good: STUNNING location and responsive staff. We had a spacious and cheap room with private bathroom, greatly enjoyed it. The service was excellent as we had expected. Location: the property was not far from the main termini and the restaurant and Termini bus station.

The location was mind-blowing, close to the termini and within a short walking distance from the heart of the city. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room were jaw-dropping, and the bathroom with a bidet was super convenient. The owner was super helpful and even invited us for a jaw-dropping dinner at his nearby restaurant. The daily cleaning service, availability of breakfast all day, and continuous warm water were all wow factors. The value for money was impressive, making me glad to consider visiting again in the future.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and private. Alex, the owner, is friendly and helpful. There is a communal kitchen with complimentary breakfast. Great location near main train station and public transportation. Good value for money.
Felt like a home away from home, nothing to complain about.

A delightful surprise awaited me at Incantoromano Guest House. As I entered my room, I was greeted by the sight of a beautiful tiled floor, reminiscent of a mosaic masterpiece. It added a touch of elegance and charm to the room, making my stay feel truly special.
Thin walls.

We had a lovely stay at this guest house for our week-long trip. The owner was incredibly helpful and even treated us to a delicious dinner at his restaurant. The Tiramisu was absolutely amazing! The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. We were impressed with the quick response when the aircon broke and it was fixed within an hour. The location was convenient and saved us a lot of money compared to other options. Plus, having a fridge in the room was a nice bonus.
Would recommend this hotel.

I was delighted to find a wide variety of shops and restaurants in the area. The property even had luggage storage space, so my belongings didn't clutter up my room. And oh, the on-site bar! It was simply divine!
Who needs a functional heating system when you can freeze in style?
